General Terms and Conditions of Vehicle Rental

The vehicle may only be driven by persons over 21 years of age with a valid driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years.

The vehicle must not be used by: an unauthorised driver not named in the agreement; a person under the influence of alcohol, drugs or sedatives; for paid passenger or freight transport; for racing or speed trials; for towing; when overloaded; or for any illegal purpose. All fines and costs arising from violations are charged to the Lessee regardless of insurance paid.

The Lessee receives the vehicle in good technical condition and returns it in the same condition at the agreed time and location. The Lessor is not liable for damages caused to the Lessee due to delayed delivery. Special cleaning costs will be charged to the Lessee if required. The Lessor meets the Lessee directly at Tuzla Dubrave Airport arrivals terminal, or delivers the vehicle to an agreed address per the applicable delivery fee schedule.

If the Lessee wishes to extend the rental, they must notify the Lessor at least 24 hours in advance and conclude a new rental agreement. Otherwise, the Lessee will be considered to have unlawfully appropriated the vehicle and the relevant authorities will be notified.

Short-term rental agreements include unlimited mileage. For long-term rentals (15 days or more), mileage and pricing are specified in a separate agreement.

The Lessee receives and returns the vehicle with a full fuel tank. Any missing fuel will be charged at current fuel prices at the time of return, plus a service fee of 20 KM for the Lessor's trip to the fuel station.

The Lessee must treat the rental vehicle with due care. The vehicle must always be locked with windows closed when unattended. Vehicle documents must remain with the Lessee at all times. The Lessee must regularly check oil, coolant, battery and tyre pressure, and notify the Lessor if a scheduled service is due.

All repairs must be authorised by the Lessor. Unauthorised part replacement will be charged at triple the market price. In the event of a breakdown, the Lessee must secure the vehicle and immediately contact the Lessor: +387 62 020 364 (24/7). The Lessor is not liable for losses suffered by the Lessee due to a breakdown during the rental period.

Copies of the Lessee's personal documents (passport or ID, driving licence) are mandatory attachments to the rental agreement. Loss of documents, keys or registration plates will be charged to the Lessee.

All vehicles are covered by mandatory third-party liability insurance (TPL). This insurance does NOT cover: intentional or negligent damage; theft without keys and documents; damage not reported to police; tyre damage; damage to the undercarriage, gearbox and clutch, interior or windscreen caused by driver negligence; engine damage from wrong fuel or lack of oil; damage caused under the influence of alcohol or drugs; damage caused by an unauthorised driver; or any damage not reported to police. Super Casco insurance is available and eliminates the security deposit. All accidents, theft or damage must be reported to police and the Lessor immediately.

The Lessee is responsible for all loss or damage to the vehicle caused by their intent, negligence or breach of contract, up to the full value of the vehicle, unless Super Casco insurance has been paid.

The Lessor is not liable for loss or damage to the Lessee's property or that of any other person stored in or transported by the rental vehicle. By signing the agreement, the Lessee waives all claims against the Lessor in such cases.

The Lessee may not sub-lease the vehicle without the Lessor's explicit written authorisation.

Payment is made in cash in Bosnian marks (KM) or euros (EUR). A credit card is not required. A standard security deposit of 500 KM is collected and returned upon vehicle return in unchanged condition. With Super Casco insurance, no deposit is required. The Lessee is also responsible for all additional costs including fuel, traffic fines and parking charges incurred during the rental period. For rentals of 15 or more days, pricing is agreed separately.

The vehicle may be used within Bosnia and Herzegovina. Cross-border travel requires prior written consent from the Lessor, with at least 24 hours notice. With written consent, travel to neighbouring countries covered by the green card is permitted: Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro. Unauthorised border crossing may void the insurance and result in full liability for the Lessee.

The Lessor has the right to inspect the vehicle at any time. Breach of the agreement or general terms entitles the Lessor to repossess the vehicle and terminate the rental agreement.

The Lessee's personal data is used exclusively for the Lessor's business purposes in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Amendments to the agreement and general terms are valid only in written or digital form (including email, PDF and electronically signed documents). Invalidity of any individual provision does not affect the validity of the agreement as a whole.

By signing the agreement, the Lessee unconditionally accepts these general terms and warrants the accuracy of all provided information. In the event of a dispute, the competent court is the Municipal Court in Kalesija, with the Cantonal Court in Tuzla as the court of second instance. Payment obligations: (1) Lessee, (2) Driver, (3) Additional Driver — in succession in case of refusal to pay.
