General Terms of Vehicle Rental

1. Contracting Parties

Lessee: The natural or legal person making the booking and taking delivery of the vehicle.
2. Rental Requirements
To rent a vehicle, you must meet the following requirements:
- •Minimum age of 21 years
- •Valid driving licence with at least 2 years of driving experience
- •Valid ID card or passport
- •Payment of a security deposit of 500 KM
3. Booking and Payment
A booking is considered valid upon receiving email confirmation. The rental amount is payable in cash upon vehicle pick-up, unless otherwise agreed.
The security deposit of 500 KM is collected upon pick-up as follows:
- •Cash booking — deposit is paid in cash (500 KM) upon pick-up and returned in cash upon return.
- •Online booking (PayPal) — 500 KM is pre-authorised (blocked) on your card upon pick-up and released upon return of the vehicle in good condition.
All prices include VAT (17%).
4. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation: Up to 7 days before the pick-up date.
Late cancellation (less than 7 days): A fee equivalent to one day's rental may be charged.
No-show (failure to appear without cancellation): A fee equivalent to one day's rental is charged.
5. Fuel Policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank (full-to-full policy). If returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged at the current market price plus a refuelling fee of 20 KM.
6. Insurance
Basic third-party liability insurance (TPL) is included in the rental price.
Comprehensive (Super Casco) insurance is available as an optional add-on at booking.
Insurance does not cover: intentional damage, damage caused by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, off-road driving.
7. Lessee Liability
The lessee is responsible for:
- •Any damage to the vehicle during the rental period not covered by insurance
- •Traffic violations and fines incurred during the rental
- •Loss of vehicle keys or documents
- •Returning the vehicle in the same condition as received (minus normal wear and tear)
8. Permitted Driving Area
The vehicle may be used in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the following countries:
Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Slovenia, North Macedonia
Travel to other countries requires prior written consent from the lessor. Cross-border use without permission may result in loss of insurance coverage.
9. Vehicle Delivery and Pick-up
The vehicle is collected at Tuzla Airport or, for an additional fee, delivered to an address provided by the customer at the time of booking.
Delivery fees range from 0 KM (free zones) to dynamic pricing based on distance from our base in Seljublje.
10. Vehicle Return
The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time and location. Late return is charged at an hourly rate.
In the event of an accident or breakdown, the lessee must immediately contact the lessor at: · .
11. Prohibited Uses
The following are strictly prohibited:
- ✕Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- ✕Subletting the vehicle to third parties
- ✕Using the vehicle as a taxi or for commercial transport
- ✕Off-road or rough terrain driving
- ✕Smoking in the vehicle
- ✕Transporting pets without prior permission
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Municipal Court in Kalesija, with the Cantonal Court in Tuzla as the court of second instance.
